We loved our stay at this hotel. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by greenery. It provided a peaceful and tranquil environment, yet still relatively close to the zoo. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided every morning.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The pool was very clean and well-maintained, a great relief from the heat. we appreciated the secluded location of the property, nestled in a green area, which was peaceful and serene. Lastly, we enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and taking in the local sights.
The room we stayed in was not well-maintained. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, towels or toiletries were not provided, and the bed sheets appeared to have not been changed between guests.

The hotel's location is great as it is situated close to a zoo and offers a serene environment with lovely greenery surrounding the area. the staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Our room was cozy and well-furnished, with modern amenities at our disposal. the bathroom was clean and hygienic with fresh towels available at all times. the breakfast service was adequate with a chicken rice dish and toast available. the swimming pool was sparkling clean and inviting, perfect for relaxation after a long day.
The hotel lacked maintenance and could use some upgrades to ensure a more comfortable stay.

The pool was definitely the highlight of our Christmas stay. It was refreshing and clean, perfect for beating the holiday heat. the location of the hotel was great, as it offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also appreciated the surrounding greenery, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.
The lack of maintenance in certain areas of the hotel was a major downside. the bathroom in our family room was dirty and the amenities were lacking.
